Puppies at Regalridge

Our property has been developed with the dogs in mind. Puppies are raised in our home in whelping rooms off of the kitchen. At the time of weaning, they move to the kitchen and den to learn the tricks their Mom has not taught them - i.e. the inner workings of dishwashers and vacuum cleaners: the joys of Charlotte Church and Marvin Gay; the interaction with our cats and their older canine relatives as well as the fun of the out of doors. This relocation continues until the little ones leave for their new homes.

Breeding at Regalridge is selective and occurs sporadically. Puppies are not available at all times and waiting lists are generally de rigeur. We would be pleased to speak with you about our breeds and their availability as well as to refer you to other breeders should we not be able to provide you with the pup you are seeking.

As our puppies leave, a number of documents are provided to support the move to their new home. Included are information pages on housebreaking, use of crates, breed specific information, our guarantee and contract as well as info on taking your puppy home. This is an overview of the process we recommend when picking up your new family member and could be useful regardless of the breed you finally choose.
