Regalridge Guarantee

At Regalridge we believe in the health, temperament and quality of our dogs.To this end, each pup sold leaves with the protection of the Regalridge Guarantee.

As the new owner, your obligation upon purchase of a pup is to have it to your vet for a thorough check within 48 hours of leaving our home. This will confirm that the pup is free from illness at the time of purchase and is pronounced fit by the vet who will look after the youngster as it grows to adulthood. Should there be any concern on the part of your vet, we will take the pup back and fully refund your purchase price within this 48-hour period.

A schedule of needles required for your pup’s continued good health is provided by us when you pick it up. This schedule must be adhered to, to validate this Guarantee.

Should the pup develop a genetic illness resulting in death within the first six years of life, it will be replaced upon the satisfactory proof of the problem to us from your vet. The replacement puppy will be provided as soon as is possible depending upon our breeding schedule and will be the same breed as that which was originally purchased.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns, throughout the life of the dog. Your feedback is of great assistance in the decision we make when deciding on breedings and bloodlines.   We will provide any and all assistance possible, regardless of the problem or concern.

The contract you have signed on purchase of our puppy stipulates that the dog be returned to us should you require that it leave your care. Please remember should you, for any reason, have to give up your Regalridge dog, regardless of age, we will provide assistance. We sometimes have calls for older dogs and are happy to have you contact us with this type of request. These placements are generally done most easily at younger ages.
